From OS&E and FF&E requirements for hotel and hospitality refurbishments or new developments, we support developers, owners, operators, architects, and interior designers throughout the procurement process. Our services also extend to single and multi-family residences, private jets, super yachts, and commercial institutions.

We assist our clients with supplier sourcing, tendering, selection, and procurement of the required items. Throughout the process, we consider product quality, availability, logistics planning, shipping, warehousing, final delivery to the end user, and future re-supply or re-stocking needs after the initial purchase.

By managing every stage from product selection through to on-site installation, ARAEDO maintains full control of the process during the entire project lifecycle.

Our involvement does not end with delivery and installation. We continue to provide ongoing support through inventory management, re-supply, and re-stocking, either from available stock or by purchasing on behalf of the client. This may involve working with original suppliers or sourcing suitable alternatives based on project requirements, budget, and product availability.

Procurement Process

Planning

We begin by discussing your requirements through meetings, phone calls, and video conferences. We review plans, technical drawings, and project site layouts to gain a clear understanding of the project scope. We also take into account brand standards, quality expectations, and environmental considerations.

Sourcing

Using our extensive database of previously approved manufacturers, agents, and service providers, we contact preselected vendors to determine whether they are interested in participating in the tender process.

Execution

A tender relevant to each vendor’s area of expertise is then sent to those who have expressed interest in participating. We consolidate all responses and verify that the items offered match the requested requirements. The shortlisted options are then presented to the client.

Close Out

Once the final selections have been confirmed, purchase orders have been issued, and all items have been delivered to the project site, the procurement process is still not complete. We remain involved and responsible for collecting and organizing all warranties, guarantees, user manuals, and safety certificates.

ARAEDO was established in 2026, bringing together years of experience in the procurement of a wide range of commodities. We specialize in OS&E and FF&E solutions for hotels, hospitality, restaurants, catering businesses, and residential clients, with a strong focus on regions including North America, the Middle East, Africa, Europe, and Asia.

We act as your human procurement search engine, helping you identify, source, and manage the items you need. Our logistics capabilities cover project logistics, freight, warehousing, storage, 3PL, picking, packing, and distribution. Altogether, ARAEDO provides a complete supply chain service.

What we do

We provide you with a highly experienced Procurement and Logistics Manager who is responsible for identifying and sourcing suitable suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors. Each vendor must pass through an approval process, unless we have already worked with them on previous projects.

Once the vendors have been selected, we issue a tender for them to complete and return by the specified submission date, providing their most competitive offers. Our logistics services include arranging freight, managing import and export procedures, warehouse storage including bulk and racked storage, as well as pick, pack, and distribution services.

How we do it

We take the time to understand your procurement and logistics requirements through in-person meetings or video calls. This is an important stage of the project, as it sets the foundation for a strong working relationship and allows us to fully understand your specific needs.

We work with you and alongside your team to prepare the bill of quantities (BOQ), budget, payment plans, quality standards, and delivery schedules. These requirements are then shared with prospective suppliers. Once the bids are received, we compile a comparison spreadsheet and present it to you, allowing you to review the options and make the final selections.
